ANDRAS Steuerungssysteme GmbH supplies the know-how for the intelligent, decentralized drive systems of Andrive Antriebstechnik GmbH.

Using the concept of "Plug and Play", drive solutions have been developed whose intelligent servo-actuators are capable of using the digital motor nameplate for the complete parameterization of the connected motor.

In this way, the connecting of servo-axes is possible without external tools.

Many customers use this special performance feature for the rapid verification of faults, where they exchange either the servo-actuator or the servo motor between their systems.

This is possible primarily because the drive components are implemented completely in plug-in form and can be dismantled simply by loosening 4 bolts in each case, and the integrated standalone intelligence is able to identify the new connected component, as well as to parameterize it ready for operation.
