Drive intelligence
As understood by ANDRAS Steuerungssysteme GmbH, the term drive intelligence is employed with regard to a function scope which this designation earns, because:
all drive control types are available without additions i.e. torque regulation, speed control or rail travel are basically integrated
the decentralization and networking of the drive intelligence disburdens the central control system, and leads to a transparent task sharing in the automation process
the intelligent self-learning motor models of the servo-system are in a position to automatically compensate vibration and load changes
the integration of electronic rating plates makes possible an operational startup, through self-adjustment of the servo-axes, within a few minutes
In association with the automation systems Open Automation control of ANDRAS Steuerungssysteme GmbH, you are provided with decentralized PLC and CNC functionality on the servo-axes in addition. As a result of this, diverse mechatronik functions are available, such as:
- Electronic cam mechanism
- Positioning on the fly
- Electronic gear
- Electronic cam disk
- Digital inputs/outputs
- Field bus connection CANopen, Bitbus
A lot of these intelligent functions are available to you, not only with the employment of high-cost servo-systems.
ANDRAS Steuerungssysteme GmbH also makes available a function scope for the employment of three-phase AC current motors with feedback system, which allow a lot of these task definitions with this technology to become reality.
